"Cheater" Chicken Parmesan

1. Bake Purdue Baked Breaded Chicken Tenders (found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store) in the oven according to package directions.
2. A couple of minutes before the chicken is done, sprinkle on some shredded mozarella cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.
3. Serve with spaghetti sauce and your desired pasta noodles. 
This meal is quick, easy, and very tasty! I've gotten lots of compliments on it, despite how simple it is.

Shredded Chicken Tacos/Quesadillas

1. Place 3-4 boneless chicken breasts in a crock pot. Cover with water.
2. Add packet of taco seasoning (McCormick brand has no added MSG).Or you can use salsa.
3. Cook for 3-4 hours (high) or 6-8 hours (low), then shred chicken with forks.
4. Serve up in soft taco shells with your preferred toppings, or use it to make chicken quesadillas.

* Variations call for adding green peppers, onion, and salsa in the crockpot, but we prefer to keep it simple.
* Recommended sides include black beans, corn, and guacamole.
